Reach Marketing

Order Cancellation Policy

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

At Reach Marketing, every client engagement is custom-built to meet the specific goals, audience, and campaign requirements of each organization. Because of the extensive planning, technology configuration, audience preparation, and operational resources required to launch a campaign, all orders are considered final once they have been approved and received in writing.

Upon receipt of a written order, Reach Marketing immediately begins allocating personnel, reserving campaign resources, configuring technology platforms, validating targeting parameters, preparing audience data, scheduling deployment, and initiating other project-specific activities. These processes require significant internal time and expense and cannot be reversed once work has commenced.

Accordingly, orders may not be canceled after written authorization has been received.

If a client requests that a project be stopped after an order has been accepted, Reach Marketing reserves the right to invoice for the full contracted amount, as the resources, production efforts, and campaign infrastructure have already been committed specifically to that engagement.

In certain circumstances, and solely at Reach Marketing’s discretion, modifications to campaign timing or deliverables may be accommodated; however, such modifications do not constitute a cancellation of the order or relieve the client of its contractual payment obligations.

By submitting a written order, purchase order, signed proposal, statement of work, insertion order, email authorization, or other written approval, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Order Cancellation Policy and understands that Reach Marketing immediately commits substantial personnel, technology, operational, and production resources in reliance upon that authorization.

Campaign Suspension & Rescheduling
Reach Marketing understands that business priorities may change. Requests to postpone campaign deployment will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While Reach Marketing will make reasonable efforts to accommodate revised launch dates when operationally feasible, any postponement does not cancel the order or alter the client’s financial obligations under the applicable agreement.
