Northwell was seeking to tell the Northwell story, create personal experiences, drive conversions, increase loyalty, and build trust within their community. 

They experienced underutilized, siloed, and disparate data, which limited their visibility into consumers, their engagements or intent.  This significantly impaired their ability to implement a comprehensive multi-channel strategy, or accurately measure ROI.    Additionally, since their data was sourced across a variety of systems with different structures, it presented major complexities identifying which data points were inaccurate or duplicates, which increased overhead associated with duplicate mailings, and created challenges around accurate reporting.

Reach created a unified marketing database by identifying all desired data sources, mapping the data, and identifying duplicate and incomplete records, while standardizing and transforming it into a unified format.

While different types of data (e.g. HRAs, hospital billing, physician billing) previously lived in different areas, our database experts centralized and unified all their data into a single view patient and prospect Single Source of Truth Database.

As a result, Northwell was able to implement the strategy and execution of campaigns in a synchronized multi-channel program.
