B2B Manager

Job Description:

Reach Marketing, a tech savvy integrated marketing services company, is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join its rapidly expanding marketing team. The B2B Marketing Manager plays a critical role in building, planning and tracking the marketing plan for our entire organization.  This person will be responsible for selecting the tactics, channels, schedules, messaging, result attribution and spend.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable and a collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude.

Key Duties/Responsibilities Include: Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for assigned programs and products
  • Create marketing campaigns and content to generate and nurture leads for sales team
  • Develop educational materials and resources that enable firms to grow and expand their services
  • Plan and organize trade show presence, speaking opportunities, and other events
  • Maintain and update product website pages and create content for blogs and social media channels
  • Develop sales enablement tools to support the sales process

Strong Communication Skills:

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and launch all marketing efforts with appropriate service providers, either internal or external creative agencies
  • Attend industry trade shows
  • Manage and track marketing expenses to ensure that product line stays within budget and maximizes ROI
  • Provide input into budgeting and forecasting process

Analytics:

  • Determine ROI and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Leverage real-time email marketing results, web analytics reports, and other campaign analyses to continuously optimize performance of marketing programs and increase conversion rates.

Knowledge/Skills and Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Ideal background should include experience marketing SaaS solutions or professional services.
  • Ability to define and track the key metrics for business success.
  • Superior interpersonal, verbal, organizational, and written communication skills required.
  • Excellent project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously and providing clear communication of timelines and expectations to team members across departments.
  • Must be positive, creative, self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation systems and experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Some travel required.

  • B2B: 6 years – Preferred // 3 years — Minimum
  • Content Marketing: 5 years (Required)
  • Marketing: 6 years (Required)
  • Marketing Technology: 5 years (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Required)
  • Master’s Degree (Preferred)
